We’re excited to announce the 30th Annual Southern Ontario Cocaine Anonymous Convention, taking place October 2nd to 4th at the Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport, an IHG Hotel.

This year’s theme, A New Pair of Glasses, invites us to set aside everything we think we know and see our recovery, our fellowship, and our lives from a new perspective.  Together, we will reconnect, recharge, and continue to grow through marathon meetings, powerful speakers, engaging workshops, and meaningful fellowship.

30 years ago, a motion at the Toronto Area of Cocaine Anonymous led to the first TORCA convention in 1997. Through the dedication of its members, the convention continued to grow, and in 2006 TORCA was reorganized into SOCA, reflecting the broader Southern Ontario fellowship. Today, the convention brings our community together in the spirit of unity and service. Whether you are new to recovery or have been walking this path for years, SOCA’s 2026 Convention offers an opportunity to reflect on how far we have come and to renew our commitment to the principles that keep us moving forward.

Statement of Purpose

The purpose of the Area Convention is to carry the message to the addict who still suffers and promote enthusiasm and unity within the fellowship of Cocaine Anonymous and financially support the local Area’s effort to carry the message to the addict still suffering.
